How will I receive my order?
As soon as you finalise an order containing a downloadable product, you will be taken to a page with your personal download urls. Simply click on the link and the file will automatically download for you. An e-mail is also sent to you with the personal download url.
Can I download to my smart phone/tablet?
It is easiest to download your order to your computer and then move the files to your preferred devices. When downloading your order to a smart phone or tablet, you will need to use a download manager app. There are many free ones available in the app store. If you attempt to download to a smart phone or tablet without using a download manager app, your device will not know what to do with the file but our shopping cart will register the fact that you have already downloaded your order. It says I have exceeded my download limit but I do not have my files. What should I do?
Each downloadable order can be downloaded twice. If there was a problem with your download and you do not have your files, please contact us. We will be happy to provide you with a fresh download url.
Do I need special software to open up your downloadable files?
Our download files are provided in a zipped format. Most computers come with an app to automatically unzip the files. If your computer does not have this, there are a number of free utilities you can find on the Internet.
Why can I buy the CDs singly as music or nature, but if I want the MP3 download I can only get it as the two program set?
MP3s are non-returnable/non-refundable. In the past we have had customers purchase the single CD and then request a change of soundtrack. This exchange is not possible with MP3 downloads. As such, it was decided to have the two program sets downloadable and offer it at a reduced price.
